Framing continues and the roof is starting to take shape. Pilings for the decks will be washed in tomorrow and installation of the windows will start after Labor Day!

Framing continues, with the top floor walls almost complete. The septic tank is scheduled to be installed this week and the roofers should start within the next couple of days.

Construction Loan / Framing - Part III
We are signing the papers today for our construction loan. Of all the mortgage loans I've completed in my lifetime, this one gets the prize for taking the longest amount of time. Everyone has been very pleasant to work with, but it has been a slow process. Anyway, the latest framing pictures are attached. The weather has been good and excellent progress continues to be made!
